the oblivion, the knee ,and the boredom

Sitting at my room E 220 in the hostel when everyone else is gone for freshers party thrown for my juniors I realised that I have a blog where I used to write.

So a knee ligament tear bring me on Bed and I who used to spend 3 hrs a day on field n nthr 2 out of campus has straight 3 days on bed and dont know how many more to come

So cricket which has brought me lots of joy, this time brings some pain.. actually its me who has brought it on himself, God gave me hints loads of them 3 injuries on my both legs but I played footie, cricket n wht not so this was waiting to happen.

So its Day 3 of me on my bed..

Day 1

6 hrs n hospital and I came back with knee brace 2 ligament tears( hopefully minor ones and with me there was DOC( Tejas, One gr8 frnd of mine who is DOC and doing MBA, any one who gets hurt in our coleege First thr thr is DOC for him ;-) and thn hospital) and whom I made work hard with he taking my wheel chair all around :P
Had MRI its a strange machine where u are put in a round machine which makes quite a lot of noice of and u are being asked to not make a skightest movement in ur being scanned bodypart(In my case knee) for 25 mins, How cud I do that I had lost lots of bets in these situation even whn time limit was 25 secs ;-)
So I came bak and thr were frnds asking y well being. Hostel is second nice place to be on bed after home. you feel like Home after home..attended a class in night odrwise wud have got a grade cut( 1st person to attend class in shorts and with legs rested like a bed..
So overall enjoyable 1st day but with some pain ;-)

Day 2

Started with a class at 9 am and a Bplan pesentation and a class at 3:30 and since last night I had got my extended hands also Crutches.. :))so life was more easy and I was also adapting to moving on 1 leg.. watched two movies Truman show and man who knew too little.. amazing movies really.. watched some footie n cricket..think Lappi becomes your best friend in these situations ;-)

Day 3

wake up at 8 had my brkfast and slept again at 9 arnd 11 wake up again and talked to frnds for an hr.. no movies till now was getting bored today as I am nt a movie man niethe I am Indoor man so obivously feeling bored :(

Now everyone has gone out and I am sitting here so realised to use this time for sthng better so started the blog back

PS : I wud always miss nt playing for my college last time I missed because of classes n dis time because of injury :(

So DADA bids adieu

The man who changed the face of Indian cricket, God of all OFF side things, comeback Man, or whatever we call him, whether we love him or hate him but he is the man who changed the face of indian cricket along with others. He lead from the front, he made the world realise that India has arrived.

I am not going to talk about how great he was as it just doesnt make sense for me to even talk about the greatness he achieved.

I was thinking to write an entry for long time but think the blog was waiting for this one..
I was having a discussion abt how to solve a problem..any problem which you, me society, country or humanity faces..

reached to a simple solution.. find the root cause and hit it..

but do we have a will to hit that root cause...
what do you think is the root cause of problem of corruption in India..

1. politicians
2. Rotten system
3. or we the people, the society

I would go for we the people of this country.. how many time do you think you have given a bribe..even 20 rs to traffic police..I have given it many time and othr time I have called someone higher up to tell those constables to not to do their duty..
and I dont want to make a statement abt you..

so is the root cause tht bribe or not..some of us may argue, no if I have not given that bribe we would have got late or was nt a fault of mine..etc etc.. so why didnt we pay the fine...
as why dont we pay Income tax, or any othr thing..
why dont we forget wwht othrs arnd u r doing and just concentrate wht we have to do..

I know its very difficult nxt to impossible...and even when I am writing this I dont know whether it is possible for me to do it...I wud try it..dnt know whether i would succeed..but one thing 4 sure, I have stopped criticising govt. (for every pity thing they do, we criticise them and thn forget tht)..since we elect govt and no one else..yeah they are answerable to us..but really tell me how many time we have asked questions to this system????? havenot we taken this system for granted..who made this system?? have we stopped questioning??

Really I hate these question coming to my mind, it think tht why I cant simply live like I have been living..but thn dnt know I just cant get away with it...

I know.. i too lack the will to do it therefore looking to all of you for support or points tht chnge my mind..its quite possible that u also have been pondering over this same question long..is this we all want to do but cannot do because we are alone..can we have a forum..can we do this...??

Home Sweet Home

So my 1 term of 2 year of MBA gets over and now only 6 months are left in this beautiful and amazing campus of IIM Indore.
Now going home for rejuvenating for 2 more terms where more subjects more nightouts more mess bakar more biking trips more life....

cant wait to go home now but cant wait to come back too...:)

I am ill i want to sleep but sleep is betraying me. why it betrays you when you want it most. why it comes to you when you are in class listening to prof. ohh sorry definitely not listening when ur sleeping. I never understand why I never taped lectures of profs.. so that I cn sleep at room too.. ohh mobile is not allowed..but we carry it so why not record... ohh who wants to sleep listening to them please is it not enough tht we listen to them in class.. but why some prof don't make you sleep.. think they must have slept in classes or is it that everyone slept but they remember what made them slept but they are also unable to stop students from sleeping...some students dont slleep in any class as they have to sit in first 3 benches but some slleep even though they dont want to as last bench provides conducive envioronment for sleeping..
you write this type of blog entry when you want to sleep but cant sleep but 1 of my friends said that your mind is like a tv and u hve the remote.. just change the channel..so I am putting it into sleep mode now..lets see does remote work ??
