Last 1 month of my life has been really amazing. In the sense that I got a look at corporate world (working in a 2800 cr company in revenues) although not that large but was sufficient enough for me to know how the corporate world perform (does it remains the question??). It helped me in finalizing what I have to do after MBA.. some other day I wud write about this also but for now I would focus on three persons I met during this month, one was new and two were new in the sense the perspective has changed. These three persons all can be put in top .1% of brains I have ever met understood or met.
So the new one first.. My colleague as a summer trainee, the person is truly amazing.. He is a person with intelligence and brains. Moreover he believes in working hard and getting things done.. I myself was a little bit of an investor (changed to little bit after I met him ) but he is amazing..his knowledge is like it has no bounds..and its not like this that he is a nerd.. I never like those ..but he is like a perfectly planned person who knows where he wants to go and how to reach there.. and not only this he knows how to njoi and chill out.. like every extraordinary person he also thinks that everyone is as intelligent and efficient as he is but, its nt possible my dear friend.. even god has not made us like that..;-)
Now coming to second one..he is like innovativeness at his best his idea is going to change a significant thing in this country..if got implemented you would yourself see. I knew him for last 7 years and always knew tht he wud make it big..but this new innovative concept has really startled me..
Third person I came to know more as I lived for last month with him.. he is truly gem and one of the person who is a true professional.. he knows his subject to the core and has revived companies after companies .. even made money out of the great Indian trader..name u all know..he is like real gem his thinking is clear ..he left a 5mn rs. Job just because he was not satisified with the work out thr..
Here I am not saying that these three peoples are species that cannot be found but really these are rare species and you come across 1-2 in life but I me them in 1 month..and than these three people I am talking about presently are common Indians abt whom no one knows.. and that makes this more special
I have met many people who might be more intelligent but what separates these guys is that they have goals in life defined and they work on their on terms.
Its like they live their life their way and life don’t dictate terms for them..
PS Don’t be oveawe by this writing..these all are great people in eye of writer so…imagine

How come you forgot me, when thinking about top .1 % brains.
.:-)..just wondering on what basis these people are classified to be intelligent even though in your own relative framework..I mean they must be intelligent..but why to project them as some extraoridnary beings.
I am of this view that it is not only intelligence but also how you approach your day to day life and use your experiential learning to achieve what you want. For example Amitabh Bacchan though very good actor but see through diversity of roles he has portraired in his life..he has guts to role like Boom, Black, Cheeni Kum, KBC..
Personally I think it is the uncertainities of life and how you handle them and what you learnt from them makes you intlligent, innovative.
Am I making some sense..Closing remark: If you want to understand something, try to change it..I forgot who said this..may be Lewin..

@hitesh.. firstly as u said its my definition of putting them there..and yours can be completely different.. as you wud see thr r weaknesses in those guys and subtly i have mentioned them also..and you know this I have written from totally professional view..and really I might be completely wrong about them but it came into my mind and i wrote it ;-)
